High-Output-Drive, 15MHz, 9V/μs, Rail-to-Rail I/O Op Amps
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The BCT8722 dual, high-output drive CMOS op amps, rail-to-rail input and output capability from a single 2.1V to 5.5V supply. These amplifiers exhibit a high slew rate of 9V/μs and a gain-bandwidth (GBW) of 15MHz. The BCT8722 can drive headset levels, as well as bias an RF power amplifier (PA) in wireless handset applications.
The BCT8722 offers low offsets, wide bandwidth, and high-output drive in a space-saving SOP8/DFN2x2-8L package. These parts are offered over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
